Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the Prosyntax company website. They do not replace a separately agreed software-development contract or the terms of a Prosyntax SaaS product.
Using this website
You may browse this website and contact Prosyntax about its services and products. Do not use the site unlawfully, submit malicious or misleading material, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse the contact form.
Website content and intellectual property
The Prosyntax name, branding, website content and original design are owned by Prosyntax or used with permission. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to our public pages. Reproduction or commercial reuse of our original materials requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
Contact submissions
Please provide accurate information and only submit material you are entitled to share. We may use the information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a form does not create a contractual engagement, confidentiality agreement or commitment to deliver services. Do not submit confidential information before appropriate arrangements are agreed.
Service agreements
Scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, ownership, confidentiality, support and other project obligations are established in a separate written agreement. General descriptions on this website are not a project proposal or a guarantee of suitability for a specific requirement.
Product terms and external links
Products such as Aranzho have their own service and subscription terms. Links are provided for convenience. External websites are operated under their own terms and policies, and their content or availability may change.
Availability and information
We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but content may change and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Website information is general and should not be treated as a binding promise about a particular project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may revise these website terms as the site evolves. For questions about the website, these terms or a possible engagement, contact info@prosyntax.net.
